GBC 2021- 2 months away!!

The news you’ve all been waiting for…

I’m here to confirm that based on the current trajectory of reopening stages with vaccine uptake, the 2021 Great Beater Challenge WILL BE GOING AHEAD AS PLANNED!!!

Our date remains August 28-29, 2021. If you registered on MSReg last year, you are already in for this year and don’t have to do anything additional. However, if you are unable to make it, we ask that you please withdraw your online entry so that we can allow those on the waitlist to enter.

Please also have a look at the data you’ve entered and make sure it’s accurate. Have a TBA or TBD on it? Try to get that decided sooner rather than later, it makes my life a lot easier.

That being said, although the route and plan is carried over from last year, there is still a fair amount of planning and prep work that now needs to take place in a much shorter time. That’s where I’m making a call out.

If anyone is able to help me out with some planning/logistics/organizing, as well as our usual volunteer sweeps and judges, please let me know as my time is a bit limited at the moment.

Thank you all for your support and sticking through all of this together with me. I hope to see you all broken down on the side of a road together again soon.
