ANNOUNCEMENT!
The very busy GBC organizing crew has been hard at work preparing for this years event, and we have a few updates and notes for you all!
First off, we have selected Doctors Without Borders as our charity for this year. With everything going on in the world at the moment, the need for emergency health care for civillians in warzones, and those impacted by natural disaster is in high demand. We will do what we can through our event to raise some funds to help make a difference.
Secondly, I’d like to announce that we have secured a site for our midway camping. We will be staying at Arm Lake Recreational Area, near Wainwright, in group site E. Cost for camping will be $15/car, payable on site, and there will be a buffet breakfast at $14/person available starting at 8am on Sunday.
Finally, happy to report that Matt has completed route check, and has some great ideas for points along the route, and some fun to be had. Here’s a few sneak peak pictures!
